Online registrations are now CLOSED.
We are currently assessing team numbers. If you've missed registering, please email our Registrar Jen Murray with Players Name, DOB and contact details. Jen will add you to the waitlist and notify you of available team placements.
We hope to welcome back as many of our players from previous seasons to continue to build on the success that we had during 2019, and to welcome new members to the Roos Family.
Last year, we achieved our largest Mini Roos squad to date, with lots of first time players hitting the field. Our Junior and Senior teams also had a great season with many teams making it through to Finals football. As a club, we would love to continue on that momentum.
For any registrations after the 18th February, please contact our registrar Jennifer Murray at 0409 229 756 or email Jen at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to a waitlist.

Q. Why is there a change to Fee Structure and why is there no longer a Student Discount?
A. For 2020, Central Coast Football has been advised that FNSW is no longer offering a Student Discount. In addition, they are merging the 6 registration categories into 3. Due to the change in categories some fees for some age groups have increased and some have decreased compared to last season. The below is direct from the FNSW Memo:
In the past, Football NSW has had six categories of registration: This is now considered too specific, overly complicated and not aligned with the way FFA, other Member Federations categorise their players Accordingly, the Football NSW Board has taken the decision to adjust its community registration fees to reduce the number of categories from six categories to three:
- 5 - 12
- 13 - 18
Football NSW is merging the two senior categories into one, meaning there will no longer be a different fee for players who indicate in PlayFootball that they are students. FFA does not offer a student rate, no other Member Federation and most Associations do not offer a student rate.
Kincumber Roos FC have elected to follow the same fee Structure as CCF & Football NSW for streamlining purposes.
Q. Why are the fees for Football so expensive
A. For each player Registration, Kincumber Roos must pay associated fees to governing bodies such as CCF and Football NSW. These fees include CCF Player Registration Fees, CCF Team Nomination Fees, Council Ground hire fee, FFA National Registration Fee (NRF), FNSW Player Accident Program and CCF levy. These fees range from $132 to $249 per player, plus additional team fees on top that range from $70 to $550 per team.
Q. Why does Kincumber Roos also charge an additional fee for registration?
A. In addition to the ongoing cost associated with running a community Football Club (such as equipment, playing kits, administration costs etc), the 2020 KRFC Registration Fee component will be invested back into the club to support initiatives in the following 4 key areas
- Club house refurbishment
- Programs to support the growth and development for Women in football
- Coaching courses for volunteer coaches
- Junior Skills Academy
Q. Do you offer payment arrangements?
A. We are a not for profit sporting club and run on limited cash flow. However, if a member is suffering from financial difficulty, please contact our President Scotty Baker immediately to discuss options.
Q. When will the Juniors receive their training shirt?
A. As we will be launching a brand new training shirt design, shirts will not be available until the season commences. Once ready, Team managers will be provided with shirts to distribute to players
