Juniors Grading

As one of the largest football clubs on the Central Coast, effective team grading is essential to maintaining a strong and competitive club. Our process ensures teams are structured with players of comparable skill levels, fostering balance, fairness, and performance while creating a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

While we value team continuity and strive to keep established teams together where appropriate, we also recognize the importance of assessing individual capabilities and progression, providing players with the opportunity to be placed in higher or lower grades based on their abilities.


Requirements

  1. All players MUST be registered to attend.
  2. Players must be ready to play with boots and pads in advance.

What to expect on the day

  1. The first 30 minutes of each session is set for sign-on and bibs allocation.
  2. Before grading commences, each age group will be guided through the process.
  3. Club representatives will be available to assist and answer any questions you may have.
  4. Coaches  from both our Division 1 Men and WPL will be observing and supporting the U16 and U18 grading sessions.
